We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all orders- the more notice the better! It is best to call one to two weeks in advance so we may accommodate your flavor preferences. Typically, our menu is set for at least one week out. Though we have 18 different cupcake flavors, we make between six to eight flavors a day.

Have a few questions before you call us? Let’s clear up a few things for you.

How far out should I place my order?
It is always best to plan as far ahead as possible, especially if you would like certain flavors, but a minimum of 48 hours is required for all orders.
How much should I order?
This is always a tricky question, but we think that the quantities vary based on the type of guest:

Foodie Guests: 1½ – 2 mini cupcakes per person
Boozie Guests: 1 – 1½ mini cupcakes per person
Prim & Proper Guests: 1 mini per person
Can I have more than one flavor?
Of course! We make between 6-8 different flavors each day. We suggest ordering as early as possible so you can choose the flavors you would like.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any order can be cancelled 48 hours prior to the day of pick up.
I am unable to pick up my special order today; can I pick it up tomorrow?
All orders must be picked up on their scheduled date. To ensure that you enjoy the highest quality baked goods, we do not hold orders overnight. Any order that is not picked up by the end of their scheduled day will be charged to the credit card used to hold the order.
Will I have to leave payment information when I place my order?
Yes, we require that orders are paid for at the time of ordering. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
Can I order baked goods from the Bexley Cafe location?
All orders are taken through the bakery in German Village. If you would like to place an order to pick up in Bexley, please call the bakery at 614-754-8828.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes, we do for weddings & events with guests greater than 100. Please email Mollie@kittiescakes with your event details and we will schedule a tasting with you.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer delivery for large orders. Please email Mollie@kittiescakes to coordinate an event or delivery.
